Cronovo European Commercial Warranty for Cronovo digital health Products is a commercial manufacturer’s warranty provided by Cronovo (United Kingdom) SA (“Cronovo”) and is applicable in the European Union, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Rights attached to this warranty are distinct to the rights provided by applicable consumer law and this warranty shall be construed as in addition to, and not instead of, rights granted by applicable consumer law. Cronovo European Commercial Warranty for Cronovo digital health Products (the “Warranty”) is valid only in the countries where Cronovo digital health Products are sold by Cronovo through its website, irrespective if the Products are purchased from the webstore allowing the purchase of Cronovo digital health Products or through retailers in such countries.
This Warranty covers any Cronovo branded digital health product (“Product”), available for sale on Cronovo Webstore allowing the purchase of the Products, against defects in materials or workmanship, when used fully in accordance with Cronovo digital health’s Products published guidelines attached to each Product.
This Warranty does not cover:
Cronovo is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use. Cronovo European Commercial Warranty for Cronovo digital health Products does not cover any contact with liquid for Products that are not expressly designated as « waterproof ».
Cronovo European Commercial Warranty for Cronovo digital health Products runs for TWO (2) YEARS from the date you initially purchased the Product.
You may contact ourcustomer support department and fill out the requested information. We may require that you provide proof of your original retail purchase.
If your Product is covered by Cronovo European Commercial Warranty for Cronovo digital health Products, we will provide you with a free replacement Product and we will bear the cost of (1) returning the Product and (2) shipping of the replacement Product. The replacement Product may be a refurbished product. The replacement Product will be sent to you after reception of the Product under warranty. The replacement Product is warranted for the remainder of the original Product’s warranty period or for an additional 90 days starting from the Delivery date of the replacement Product, whichever is longer. Such replacement may have an impact on information stored in the Product. Such information may be lost or altered. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you have stored in the Product. However, in the case that we or our subcontractors conclude, after checking the returned Product that the warranty provided under these terms does not apply due to any exclusion provision, we may nevertheless be able to provide you with the following choice:
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country. Rights attached to this warranty are distinct to the rights provided by applicable consumer law and this warranty shall be construed as in addition to, and not instead of, rights granted by applicable consumer law.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Cronovo IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT (SUCH AS LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF REPUTATION), SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF Cronovo EUROPEAN COMMERCIAL WARRANTY FOR Cronovo DIGITAL HEALTH PRODUCTS OR FROM ANY MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY TO PERSONAL INJURY, TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIMITATION IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW.
